A focused, comprehensive, and individualized workplace improvement experience!

Included:

  • Two one hour guided planning sessions with manager(s)/leaders
  • An anonymous survey given to all employees to get their feedback on what is going well and what they would like to see improve
  • Two secret shopper calls, recorded, analyzed, and shared with management in a one hour conversation
  • One, two, or three full day interactive workshop(s) with the management team, with the entire staff, with a team of employees, or in combination
    • The workshop(s) are individually designed around your team’s needs, as determined by conversations with management, the anonymous employee survey, and the secret shopper calls.
  • The workshop(s) can be up to three consecutive days or spread out over weeks or months.
  • The workshop(s) are facilitated by the top trainers in the county with years of experience impacting workplace culture and accountability in a positive way.
  • Four 30 minute follow-up sessions with manager(s)/leaders
  • A follow-up all-staff survey six months after the workshop(s) to determine the level of implementation and change
  • A follow-up 30 minutes conversation with management regarding survey results

Cost:

One day workshop plus all the service listed above: $5000 plus travel and hotel

Two day workshop plus all the service listed above: $7500 plus travel and hotel

Three day workshop plus all the service listed above: $10,000 plus travel and hotel

Additional add-on options:

  • One day infrastructure visit and written analysis with observation of staff included $1000
  • Additional secret shopper calls and analysis $200 each
