Buyosphere Group Coaching
A unique and collaborative shop coaching program designed to improve service advisor call conversion and close rates, Average Repair Order, Gross Profit and overall communication skills. Groups may include service advisors and managers from different shops, or from shops within the same multi-shop group.
Included:
- Weekly one hour group coaching sessions (up to 6 trainees per session)
- Recorded shop calls (or secret shopper calls) shared, evaluated and scored with trainees
- Best Practice example calls from shops across the country are played and evaluated
- Group Certification Certificate upon graduation
